[On Day 240, bright and early, those who've gone on the expedition will be ushered to the shore again. After checking to make sure everyone is prepared for going underwater and has the necklaces Ran gave out at the BBQ, they will be taken onto a fishing boat and then out to sea. In the distance is a giant whirlpool surrounded in rocks -- the eventual destination of this trip.]

[OOC NOTES: Characters/groups can ask one question of Yggdrasil. However, since they've been split up they are able to all ask different things if they choose. They are there to ask how to revive Freyr, but they don't have to. If your character has something more pressing, ask it! This is your chance to sow the seeds of later plotting for both your characters and the game at large. Anything you do here could change the whole game, so don't be afraid to throw a wrench in in the works and get things going in a different direction.

Tosshi will be running threads in the Cave subthread or as requested, so answers will be given ICly. Don't be afraid to ICly deviate from the program. This plot is intended to give you some agency, so if you want to have someone wander off in the reefs, do it! Just make sure to leave a note in the subject line calling for mod involvement. This doesn't just mean top-level. You can call for it anywhere within your threads.

[The train leaves in the morning of Day 238. Like the one that brought the first bunch of elves to Asgard, it's a thing of wood and clockwork that floats about three feet above the ground. Inside it's a relatively comfortable passenger train with normal seats and snack car with a smooth ride and not too much noise. The ride will last most of the day, reaching the fishing town of Salt Side in early evening.

Upon arrival, the Travellers will be taken to the single large Inn and put up in rooms there. The rooms have four beds each -- feel free to assume anyone is your roommate or make up rooming groups as you will. They'll be given dinner (simple stuff and mostly seafood), and will be free to explore the town. It's very old New England style, populated by humans, elves, and Merpeople (described in the plot doc if you'd like to ctrl+f it). People will be generally friendly and willing to trade stories and items. There is also a nice sandy beach a few minutes' walk down the coast.

The next day (Day 239) is open to more exploring! There will be a great big beach BBQ starting around lunchtime and lasting on into the evening with bonfires and impromptu music and all that good beachy fun. Ran will be available to talk to that day, as she'll be handing out the underwater breathing charms.

Yggdrasil's calendar is finally making the transition from winter to spring and to its New Year, and the natives are throwing a celebration for themselves and the travelers! The barren white field leftover from Freyr's demise has finally sprung to life with flowers of varying size and vibrant colors. Ornate festival stalls have been set up all over the area - there are games, local and exotic foods, and entertainment of all kinds.

The celebration will last two IC days, and more details can be found here!

[ Life simply couldn't be any better. Nick announced his love for her, she quickly reciprocated, and now she's walking to Gefion Park for their daily date.

She knows it's ridiculous, but a small part of her wonders if their relationship's developing too fast. She vaguely remembers their first meeting... Didn't it end in... an argument? No, that can't be right. Why, that makes it seem like they weren't always in love with each other! She shakes her head with a laugh. How absurd! ]

[This evening, anyone living in the Welcome Halls will come into the main floor to find a banquet of delicious food from both Yggdrasil and the worlds of anyone attending. There will be plenty of chairs & tables around to sit at and a big fire in the living room fireplace. Your patron god may or may not attend, but keep an eye out for the chance to talk to them! The food will be there all night, and the atmosphere warm and welcoming.

Those who have moved out will recieve texts on their bracelets inviting them to come to dinner. Also, for tonight the discomfort of entering someone else's welcome hall has been lifted, though only for those invited by someone who belongs to this House. Guests are more than welcome! Have a great time, and give us some smiles!]

Well as of today, there's also a festival to keep the fun going! In the park there are tables upon tables of delicious snack foods and drink from every world imaginable. A stage has been set up and musicians both local and from the allied regions of the world will be playing there day and night. If a Traveller would like to perform they'll also be given the opportunity to take the stage.

Since many of the allies from the big battle are still around, the sights, sounds and smells are extra varied this time. There will be people from all over playing games, ice skating, and generally doing anything wintery outdoor funlike.

For the House banquets on the evening of Day 196, there will be separate logs, so keep your eyes peeled!]

[Asgard's Travellers had worked hard for this.

Gefion Park was alive with the sounds of excited voices, chatter, music, applause. The large stage was the centre of the event, Asgard citizens -- traveller and native -- sitting before it on blankets picnic style to watch a play or performance or up and dancing along to an upbeat song and dance routine.

Delicious smells and the sound of laughter drifted from the stalls displaying everything from a businesses' wares to freshly baked cakes, to a club's aims and accomplishments to ramen -- there was something for everyone among the rows of cheerfully decorated tents and stalls. The sweet scent of flowers coaxed into full bloom for the event mingled with the delicious smells of the festival food.

When the warm sun fades into a delightfully cool evening, there will be a firework display. Be sure not to miss it! Until then, mingle with your fellow Travellers enjoying the event, cheer and applaud your friends' performances and enjoy the wares on offer -- at Traveller Fest (almost) anything goes!]
