[That is one big bag of crazy in those words. Dirk's face turns unreadable, like blank stone. He remembers the monster in the dream and wonders just how much of it is peeking out right now.]

Set aside what you know of gods and devils for a second. [Might be hard for him to do that.]

Consider it like this. Let's say the world has a consciousness of its own and its getting sick, possibly dying. If it were the heart of reality, the eye...would it do when its own children can't save it?

[If Dirk truly knew the monster in his dreams then he wouldn't even be considering it given that Tyki acted far more human than the other. The other was simply a Noah of Pleasure. A pure killing machine without even the slightest bit of feelings for family or consideration for those bravier, weaker or considerate. He wouldn't stop for women or torture those that fought more than those that ran in fear. ]

But the definite is true. [It was. But to answer Dirk's question a rather wide grin cracks almost in excitement.] Most scream for help -- anyone-- begging for something to save them to save them...

Exactly. [Dirk takes out a map as he mentally runs through a list of locations he knows are of importance to this realm. He unrolls the map on the table and taps the marker he'd left on the sea.]

The location we went to is referred to as the mouth of the world. Damn sure you can guess why. [Tyki isn't stupid even if he is very crazy. Dirk has to be fair, when it comes to the psychos he knows, Tyki is the least insane.]

The gods are linked to their world but, the important part is it's the world doing this, not the gods. I'm assuming they make sure we don't die like the others who used their powers did.

[He'll lean forward to look at the map with interest. Likely he could commit it to memory and with Dirk being so particular on marking things, it wouldn't be hard at all with a little more time to it.

Dear Prince Regent seems cozy helping others. I remember the Old Man being a little harsher than he is. Gods don't seem to help without an alternative motive. I will never believe otherwise.

Of course they have arterial motives, that goes without saying. [Dirk's marks are pretty meticulous. Red marks for battles. Green for locations of importance. There's only one white mark so far for places Travelers can access but no one else can.]

I think they all have varying degrees of 'giving a shit' with Odin on the zero fucks to be had here. Thor probably has the most given how he reacts. [He runs his finger in a straight line along the sea.]

They have a prophecy of the end, it got interrupted for some reason. It's back on by the way, and the world is now breaking up. We got a mental warning from what I assume was the world talking to us again.
