[ Victory tour?

Jesus. That was what - months ago? It already feels like a lifetime - and considering there has been a Quarter Quell since then no wonder - but she blinks for a moment or two before rolling with it. She hadn't expected quite that much, but she just huffs as she tends to do and resolves not to say anything.

It's not out of any kindness, Johanna just doesn't like cleaning up messes and she suspects that Effie wouldn't take most of this news on the chin. ]

Didn't you read your letter? [ Johanna did, and promptly tore the thing up and threw it in the maid's face, but at least she read it. ] We're here to play puppets again. This time we get to toss rainbows and dance and sparkle and be merry though. No child murder involved, probably.

[ And with that, she flashes a toothy grin. Johanna Mason: nicest person in the world. Honest. ]

Of course I read it -- that hardly means it's accurate.

[With a slight huff -- and Effie frowns at Johanna's ever-so delicate mention of child murder.]

Accurate, inaccurate, does it really matter? Kidnapping is kidnapping, regardless of the frills and bows slapped on it.

[ IS THAT ANOTHER (albeit more veiled than usual) INSULT? who even knows any more. It's second nature to Johanna. ]

Thor. [ Which means nothing to her, but she distinctly sounds quite proud when she adds after a beat of silence: ] They give you powers, in case you missed that. Mine's strength.

[Effie wrinkles her nose for a few moments, because that... makes a large amount of sense. And Effie looks down at her bracelet, frowning at the gemstone.]

Freyr, which means I can 'draw things' and they come to life, supposedly.

[ Damn right it does. She hates just about everything here - mostly just because of the overwhelming lack of options she got honestly, it's a lot better than the Capitol - but if there's one thing she's more than happy about it's this power. For someone who has valued physical strength above all else for quite a while now, it's a dream come true. If they sent Peacekeepers after her now, she'd crush them. ]

Drawing.. [ She looks thoughtful for a moment, before shrugging her shoulders loosely. ] Could be worse, there's got to be some use for that. draw anything?

As far as I can understand it, yes, though I haven't tested it.

[Or determined whether or not it's true -- though as Johanna doesn't seem particularly surprised, Effie can surmise that she, at least, may have tested out her Hulk strength.

Not surprising.]

There has to be some sort of limitation or catch, but I haven't found it yet.
