Who: Kio, Youji, and open to anyone and everyone

Kio had gotten pretty used to tending to various wounds that Soubi would mysteriously show up with, and had even had a little practice with the powers in Asgard. So while he was a pacifist and disliked fighting, violence, and war, he also worried about others and didn't want to do nothing if there were other people that were hurt. Thus with a little prompting from the chibi's to do something interesting, Kio's now sitting off to the side of one of the street with a small tent set up for various arts and crafts, as well as face painting, and of course a little treatment for those with minor wounds that might not have already been taken care of by the healers.

All of this seemed like a pretty serious time, but there were a lot of kids around and it seemed like something like this would probably go a long way to making them feel a little better. Besides it was also fun getting your face painted as an adult as well right?
