Owen could breathe, he could feel, and he wasn't dead like he'd thought he would be. These all seemed like perfectly good reasons to get completely smashed; especially since it would be the first time he'd been able to enjoy...well anything but, specifically, anything alcoholic in a long time.

He still wasn't entirely sure what he was supposed to do here besides some bullshit involving something people were dumb enough to decide was magic, but that could all wait till he got sober again. And 'sober' wasn't a state he'd intended to see for a few hours.

So, he found the nearest bar, told Tosh and Ianto where he'd be, just in case, and decided to get to work on his BAC.
